This luxurious Rising Sun villa in Varna Bulgaria. Set in the village of Borovec is specifically for disabled clients. Awaken your senses amongst the breathtaking mountain slopes and lush green hills with a sea view from the comfort of your balcony on a south facing aspect, or relax in the comfort of your Rising Sun Villa which is fully air conditioned throughout.

The village of Borovec has a couple of local bars, and a well stocked mini market. Borovec is an ideal family holiday destination with Varna City centre only a short 10 minute bus ride away where you will find ample shopping facilities, bars, beach and restaurants. We have information booklets in the villa which contain everything you need to know to make your holiday everything you wished for and more.

Follow the abundance of flora along the lush green slopes for a short walk in to Galata where you will find one of the secluded breath taking beaches. We have a representative who will be available on call to address all your needs. Airport taxi can be arranged.

Notes on prices
Prices are per week in UK Pounds. A deposit of £300 is required and the balance should be paid 8 weeks before departure.

Changeover day
we are very flexible and will try to work around flight times.

Accommodation

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 with King sized bed bedroom 3 with two single beds. Bedroom 4 two single beds. All mattresses are memory foam so you are guaranteed a good night's sleep. We also have baby cots. High chair and a baby listening monitor.

Bathrooms: All three bathrooms have shower, wash basin, we and are fully accessible.

Kitchen: Fully integrated fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large selection of cooking utensils, fully air- conditioned and ceiling fan.

Utility Room: This villa is fully equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing enjoyable vacation, which includes two safe deposit boxes.

Living Rooms: The middle floor is a large open plan living area with open plan kitchen, dining area, all leading onto a large balcony. Fully air-conditioned with satellite TV, DVD player, IPOD station, CD player, internet connection. three sofas, coffee table, Log Fire

Other: Downstairs leads on to a garden with patio area, apple and fruit trees, with large 10 x 4m heated swimming pool and 3 x 2m children's pool with sun lounges, and parasols, tables and chairs. The Webber barbecue will also cook your food to perfection.

Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Bed linen and towels supplied. Extra cleaning service is available on request at a small additional cost.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is 3,171 sq feet in size, and is fully air-conditioned throughout. Set in its own grounds, children can play in safety. The villa has large heated swimming pool 10 x 4m and 2 x 3m children's pool. Relax in the evening with a chilled glass of wine, and admire the garden lit up with an abundance of fairy lights which mirror the night stars.

Accessibility

This villa is specifically recommended for families which may include guests with restricted mobility. Ground floor bathroom fully equipped. If you have any special requirements, please ask us in advance of your stay and we will make sure they are in place before your arrival. We have an electric bed and hoist; we have shower chair, low electric sockets, banana board, walking frame, and much more. To get the best from the villa you will need to be able to use a stair lift. All areas around the villa are flat. Two of the three bathrooms can accommodate wheel chairs, and there are wet rooms.

Booking notes

£300.00 non refundable deposit on booking and the balance eight weeks before departure, in addition there also is a £100.00 refundable deposit subject to no breakages. Please ensure you have travel insurance, as the Owners do not accept any liability for any accidents, injuries or damage to yourself or your belongings during your stay at the villa.
